• Thanksgiving and a chilly Friday

  No cooking for me yesterday. Since it was just the two of us, we went out to a place that looks a lot like a hunting lodge. It’s way up in the hills and a nice drive to get there. Food was pretty good but mine is better of course!

  Today is a chilly day… 17 when I got up and ice out on the river. I kept forgetting to put the new de-icer in the pond so now that’s got an ice layer too. Sorry fishies… we’re supposed to have a few 40 degrees days so I’ll be able to get it in as soon as I get a hole.

  hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I missed my family a lot this year but I am SO looking forward to my trip out there for New Years. Rose Parade, Disneyland and lots of family time
